We offer 6-month, 12-month, and 24-month terms. Shorter commitments are available at a slightly higher rate. Month-to-month renewals are available after your initial term, and we require 60 days' notice to vacate.
Absolutely. We offer turnkey suites that are move-in ready, but tenants may request modifications such as additional power outlets, custom cabinetry, branded glass partitions, or upgraded lighting. Our facilities team will provide a scope and timeline.
Yes. The building includes a secured underground garage with reserved spots allocated per suite. Additional visitor parking is available, and the garage features EV charging stations on every level.
